About Me
Hi there, I'm Amanda Loveland — a UX Designer based in the greater Philadelphia area.
Storytelling isn’t just for movies — it’s how we build better digital experiences.
My path into UX wasn’t traditional. After a few frustrating years chasing my childhood dreams in film, I realized I needed a creative outlet that could make a real-world impact. I traded in my reel for real-world applications — and found my passion in designing digital experiences that blend storytelling, strategy, and human behavior.
A people-pleaser at heart, a strategist by trade.
My background as a lifelong people pleaser and savvy discount shopper has shaped my design philosophy: I’m motivated to advocate for both customer needs and business goals, always striving to create experiences that deliver value while saving time, money, and frustration.

The best experiences come from understanding both the customer’s needs and the business’s goals — and finding the sweet spot in between.
I love stepping into fast-moving projects where I can become a true partner to the business. When ideas are moving quickly, I focus on bringing structure, clarity, and a strong customer voice to the table. Collaborating with teams to align business goals with user needs not only improves the final product but builds trust and a shared vision. These moments let me bring my fascination with customer behavior to life, helping businesses see firsthand the value UX can deliver — and often creating long-term advocates for the design process.
